As Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead and manage the full HR lifecycle across a range of clients while providing trusted and strategic HR advice. Requirements Proven experience in a senior HR leadership position such as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Consultant CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification Confident managing the full HR lifecycle and handling complex employee relations cases Strategic mindset with a strong ability to build, maintain and influence client relationships Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to business growth and success Excellent understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice and compliance Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to travel to client sites Thompson & Terry Ltd, trading as Thompson & Terry Recruitment, are an Abingdon-based recruitment agency specialising in placing candidates into roles across Oxfordshire and beyond.
