We are looking for a medical, healthcare or scientific salesperson with distributor management experience overseas. • Hybrid role: 1-2 days/week in High Wycombe office, • Regular international travel across Europe OR Asia, • Join a global leader in sustainable laboratory water purification systems! The Role: • This role focuses on managing and growing distribution channels across Europe OR Asia (2 different jobs), • Selling advanced water purification systems for laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities., • Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers including MDs, sales directors, lab managers, and procurement teams., • You'll be responsible for increasing product sales via distributors while understanding the unique market demographics of each region., • This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in the High Wycombe office and the remainder from home, • Plus regular international travel of around one week per month., • You will have ownership of your territory, the ability to shape your strategy, and direct impact on the company's growth! Requirements: • Medical, healthcare or scientific sales experience, • Proven experience selling technical products via distribution or managing distributor networks, • Based within 2 hours of High Wycombe, • Full driving licence The Future: This is a pivotal role with genuine progression opportunities. As the company continues to expand, you will play a key role in shaping its international sales strategy. The Package: • Basic: £50,000 - £60,000, • Annual bonus: 10-15% realistic from year 1, • Company car or £5,000 car allowance, • Additional employer pension contribution & health insurance, • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, • Hybrid working: 1-2 days/week office, remainder WFH, • Regular travel across Europe OR Asia
