We’re looking for someone who has already managed a restaurant Front of House operation and knows what it takes to run a busy service, lead a team, hold standards, cash up, handle customers, and keep everything moving when the pressure is on. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Manager to make sure FOH is sharp, organised and bringing the energy every service. Key Responsibilities Lead the Front of House team during service, keeping the floor organised, efficient, and guest-focused. Manage service flow across seating, ordering, food running, drinks, clearing, and customer experience. Lead and motivate the FOH team, setting the standard through your own energy and performance.
