Registered Manager – Shepshed (LE12) Salary: £40,000 (DOE) Permanent Contract | 5 single occupancy flats in main building and 3 single occupancy bungalows. Your role is to create a warm, active and engaging home where people can thrive — a place filled with structure, meaningful activities, new experiences and a sense of belonging. You will: • Lead and support a dedicated staff team, • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care, • Develop detailed care plans tailored to each individual, • Build a strong, stable team through recruitment, induction and development, • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, • Work closely with families, carers and professionals, • Uphold high standards of safeguarding and quality, • Support HR processes such as investigations and disciplinaries Dignus Group is a family-owned organisation founded in 2006.
