Our client runs a chain of fresh, exciting, super-authentic Japanese Ramen Bars, the newest location being at Westfield White City. They are looking for a Head Chef to lead the already very experienced team in this beautiful new kitchen. Experience in Japanese cuisine is not essential as full training will be given, but a desire to learn and an ability to move quickly is essential. The Offer: - Starting pay up to £34k + tips & bonus.
