We are seeking a talented Manager with experience in HR Transformation to support our People Consulting Corporates clients by applying HR transformation expertise, identifying opportunities, and delivering HR engagements. You will join an established and highly successful HR Transformation practice, with the opportunity to leverage our leading practice methodologies and continue our growth. You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence. What will you be doing? • Shape client programmes of work, • Manage projects, or workstreams within a larger programme, • Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis, • Leverage your HR Transformation expertise and network to generate new client opportunities, • Contribute to the development of our HR Transformation propositions and assets, • Take a lead in knowledge sharing and developing HR Transformation skills within our team, • Be a career coach for junior consultants, helping them to develop and progress their career What will you need to do it? • Knowledge, skills and experience with HR transformation enablers and their applications, including HR strategy, HR Technology, HR policies, HR processes and controls, target operating model design, and service delivery., • Understanding of the strategic challenges and opportunities facing HR leaders and ability to analyse and synthesise industry and client challenges into implications and transformation programmes for the HR function., • Understanding and experience of various HR operating models (centralised, decentralised etc.), including GBS/HRSS strategy and offering Key Skills; • Previous experience gained from within a major Consultancy in the delivery of HR transformation programmes to meet client needs, either as part of a wider programme or standalone. This could include:, • HR Operating model strategy, redesign and implementation (HRBP / HRSS / COE)., • Service delivery model design including design and implementation of roles, responsibilities, etc., • HR process efficiency assessment and process re-design., • HR governance structures., • Managing a team through organising, running and summarising outputs from client workshops., • Ability to leverage deep functional knowledge and experience to develop solutions to the client with short turnaround time Our Locations: We are open to talk to Managers – People Consulting HR Transformation in the UK as this is where the team is based. Job Description – HR Generalist Rate: £23.40 per hour Location: Manchester Contract Length: 6 months Role Purpose The HR Generalist is responsible for providing first-line support to Line Managers on all people-related matters outside the scope of HR Operations. This includes Employee Relations, HRBP Workday actions, HR-driven interventions, and global people processes. The role ensures consistent, accurate, and proactive HR support across all UK sites. Key Responsibilities 1. Centralised HR Support • Act as the primary contact for Employee Relations matters (disciplinary, performance, absence, and general HR queries) across all UK sites., • Provide timely, consistent guidance to line managers on day-to-day people issues. 2. People Processes • Drive annual HR processes such as performance management and the compensation cycle., • Oversee HR tasks in Workday, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient data management. 3. Data-Driven HR Services • Develop tools and generate meaningful data insights for interventions and decision-making., • Analyse trends using multiple data lenses and feedback channels. 4. Policy Development & Implementation • Support policy development and continuous improvement of HR guidelines., • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all sites., • Help managers and employees navigate and interpret HR systems and processes. 5. HR Support • Partner with HR Consultants and Strategic Leads to drive wider strategic people initiatives across the UK. 6. Training & Development • Work collaboratively to identify training needs., • Support roll-out and delivery of development initiatives for employees. 7. Change Management • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, supporting communication and change management efforts. 8. Continuous Improvement • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency. 9. Recruitment Support • Act as the initial point of contact for recruitment activities., • Collaborate with line managers and recruiters to ensure effective vacancy management. Experience & Qualifications Essential • Significant HR generalist experience across a broad remit., • Strong understanding of UK employment law and experience managing Employee Relations cases., • Experience using HR systems (Workday experience preferred)., • Data-focused mindset with experience creating reports and analysing data., • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom)., • Proven stakeholder management capability., • CIPD qualified or currently studying toward it., • Experience working in a global organisation. People & Change Programme Manager – 9 Month FTC Location: Manchester The role We’re looking for a People & Change Programme Manager to step into an established role, supporting a range of ongoing organisational and people initiatives, reporting into the CPO. This is not a traditional HRBP role — it’s a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you’ll lead and execute key programmes across organisational design, change, and ways of working. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, with strong employee experience and minimal disruption to the business.
