Our worldwide group of companies has operations, sales and service entities across Europe, Middle East, India, Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, South Africa and North and South America Your role As the Interim Site Director you will lead all site activities in Bingley, operating within a matrix organizational structure to manage change and deliver improved business performance in line with the vision and objectives. The role demands a commitment to achieving world-class standards in all aspects of operations, ensuring that the Bingley site is recognised for its excellence in manufacturing and customer service. Key Responsibilities The Interim Site Director will be responsible for driving the site to operate at world-class levels by: • Implementing best practices in manufacturing and operational processes to achieve exceptional quality and efficiency., • Leveraging advanced technologies and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs., • Ensuring that the site meets and exceeds industry standards for safety, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance., • Cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation, where employees are motivated to perform at their best and contribute to the site's success., • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, positioning the Bingley site as a leader in the industry., • By focusing on these areas, the Interim Site Director will ensure that the Bingley site not only meets but surpasses expectations, setting a benchmark for world-class performance in the manufacturing sector. About you Essential Experience • Leading operational excellence in a lean environment, • Managing a manufacturing site with around 100 people, • Experience in world-class manufacturing and engineered-to-order businesses Preferred Experience • Experience with product management teams, • Knowledge of metal gaskets, flange insulation, and specialist machined fixings, • Project management skills Qualifications: -Degree level qualification (or equivalent) (Essential) -Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Materials (Preferred)
