Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP), operating from our Hatfield office near London. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance team culture, and support organizational growth across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities: A. Strategic HR Partnership: • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals, • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives across multiple countries, • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and finalize recruitment plans, • Lead and support recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent, • Work with various service partners across multiple markets, • Streamline hiring processes and candidate on-boarding experience, • Manage complex employee relations cases ensuring compliance with UK, German and Spanish employment law and company policies, • Drive performance management programs, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans, • Drive consistency of timelines, parameters involved in performance appraisal, • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives, • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes engagement and collaboration, • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions and regions, • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes, • Support business transformation initiatives by managing change and ensuring smooth transitions, • Facilitate communication and training related to organizational changes Essential Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification is mandatory, • Proven experience in talent recruitment and stakeholder management, • Experience driving team culture and employee engagement, • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-country, multicultural environment, • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices, • Operating from the Hatfield office (London), • Agile, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications: • Exposure to the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, • 8 to 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant time spent in an HR Business Partner role, • Experience working in multicultural set-ups, • Multilingual skills, if possible – preferably Spanish and/or German, in addition to English, • Prior experience working in a global matrix organization
