Sales Coordinator Permanent £28,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum Days Coventry Are you a highly organised, proactive communicator with a passion for supporting sales teams and delighting customers? Do you want to play a key role in driving growth across Automotive & Aerospace? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our clients sales operations – supporting their external team, streamlining processes and ensuring their customers receive world-class service every time. What You’ll Do: • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new opportunities and nurture prospects to build the sales pipeline., • Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations and trial reports in collaboration with the sales team., • Customer Communication: Handle inquiries, provide product info and maintain strong relationships via phone, email and live chat., • Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery., • Administration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, generate sales performance reports and keep the team informed., • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive revenue., • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and new opportunities to keep our strategy ahead of the curve., • Training & Development: Stay up to date with products and best practices, sharing knowledge across the team., • Customer Satisfaction: Proactively resolve issues, gather feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience. What We’re Looking For: • Strong organisational and communication skills., • Enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused., • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Experience in sales support, coordination or similar roles is a plus., • Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and collaborating across teams.
