Neighbourhood Manager Oxford Fixed Term Perm Part Time – 17.5 Hours £35,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Neighbourhood Manager to join a leading UK Housing Association in Oxford, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing services and building safe, sustainable, and thriving communities. This is a hybrid position offering a varied and rewarding workload with direct resident impact. THE ROLE As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will act as the face of the organisation within the community, delivering a proactive, customer-focused housing management service while ensuring compliance, safety, and resident wellbeing across a mixed-tenure portfolio. Deliver effective neighbourhood and tenancy management services across residential properties Carry out estate, scheme, and block inspections to ensure high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness Manage anti-social behaviour (ASB), noise complaints, tenancy breaches, and complex resident cases Support and safeguard vulnerable residents, working alongside support services and partner agencies Liaise with internal departments and contractors to resolve maintenance and building safety issues Maintain accurate records, case notes, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements Attend court hearings, case conferences, and multi-agency meetings when required Build strong relationships with residents, encouraging engagement and community involvement Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous service improvement initiativesTHE CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have experience working in housing, neighbourhood management, or a similar customer-facing environment, with strong case management and problem-solving skills.
