We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and produce high-quality property inventory reports to a professional standard. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties Complete check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections Produce accurate and impartial inventory reports using online reporting software (Inventory Base) Capture clear, high-quality photographs to document property condition Record property details and note any changes, wear, or damage clearly Submit reports accurately and on time, working to deadlines Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, and letting agents Requirements Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Confident using mobile devices and online reporting systems Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional and impartial manner Good communication and organisational skills Previous inventory experience preferred but not essential (training can be provided) What We Offer Flexible working hours Ongoing work for the right candidate Support and guidance from an experienced team If you are organised, reliable, and take pride in producing accurate work, we would love to hear from you.
