Sixth Form Manager (Quality) Department: Sixth Form Contract: Permanent | Full Time (37 hours per week) Salary: £51,190 per annum Reference: REC2410 | Closing Date: Sunday, 31st May 2026 The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Sixth Form Manager with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and learner-centred practice. This is a key leadership role within our Sixth Form, working collaboratively with curriculum and pastoral teams to ensure outstanding outcomes and support for students. You will be a highly motivated and experienced leader with the confidence to implement change, challenge constructively, and lead difficult conversations where required. A relentless focus on supporting student progress and wellbeing is essential, alongside a passion for sharing best practice across teams and the wider college network. Experience of performance tracking and monitoring systems to measure Value Added (ALPS/OneGrade), timetabling and exam co-ordination is highly desirable.
