The Role
•	Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
•	Job Type: Temporary - Full time, 37.5 hours a week
•	Location: Bristol
•	Hours: 37.5 shifts between 08:00-23:00 Monday to Friday and 1 weekend day
•	Salary: £19,305 per annum (Real Living Wage) with the opportunity to monthly financial incentives based on your performance
•	Start Date: 23 May 2022
•	Training: You will be expected to attend 1 week training and 1 week of grad bay from 9am to 5pm.

What you'll be doing:
•	Provide exceptional levels of customer service via phone and email
•	Solve customer queries with the best possible solution first time around
•	Liaising with concessions in stores to answer customers queries
•	Recording details accurately on in-house systems
•	Responding to customers within given time frames
The experience we’re looking for you to bring:
•	Strong communication skills and resilience
•	Willingness to learn and adapt at pace
•	Excellent customer service skills
•	The ability to multitask effectively
•	The will to succeed and strive for excellence
•	Previous experience using CRM systems is desired
•	Preferable Contact Centre experience
