This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for influencer marketing, creator partnerships and social-first communications. As Campaign Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of retained client programmes and influencer campaigns, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and against agreed objectives. You'll work closely with creators, clients and internal teams to bring campaigns to life, while helping develop junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the agency. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Acting as the day-to-day client lead across retained accounts and campaign workstreams, delivering exceptional client service and stakeholder management, • Managing influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution, reporting and evaluation, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers, talent agents and creator management agencies, • Identifying and securing creator partnerships that align with campaign objectives, audience insights and brand values, • Developing campaign materials including creator shortlists, briefs, content plans, contracts, usage agreements and negotiation documents, • Negotiating creator fees, deliverables, timelines and content rights, • Managing campaign timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery against agreed KPIs, • Coordinating activity across internal teams including strategy, creative, production and account management, • Monitoring campaign performance and producing insightful reports and recommendations for clients, • Staying close to emerging social platforms, creator trends and cultural moments to identify new opportunities for clients, • Supporting accurate campaign forecasting, budgeting and financial administration, • Contributing to case studies, thought leadership, agency social content and award submissions, • Supporting new business opportunities through campaign ideas, influencer insights and sector knowledge, • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them build confidence, capability and industry knowledge while contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential • Experience in a Campaign Manager, Account Manager or similar role within influencer marketing agency., • Demonstrable experience planning and delivering influencer marketing campaigns from briefing through to reporting and evaluation, • Experience identifying, sourcing and managing relationships with creators, influencers, talent agents and creator management agencies, • Experience negotiating creator partnerships, content usage rights and campaign deliverables, • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels, • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously within a client-facing environment, • Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, • Experience managing budgets, timelines and campaign deliverables, • Strong client servicing, communication and stakeholder management skills, • Experience analysing campaign performance and translating results into meaningful insights and recommendations, • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills Desirable • Experience working within an agency environment, • Experience managing retained client relationships, • Experience using influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger, Captiv8, GRIN or similar tools, • Experience supporting paid influencer amplification or integrated social media campaigns, • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, • Experience contributing to new business pitches and proposals, • Experience developing case studies, thought leadership or agency marketing content, • Understanding of social listening, audience insights and creator-led marketing strategies WHO YOU ARE You're an organised and confident campaign professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and building strong relationships with clients, creators and colleagues. You're commercially aware, comfortable managing budgets and confident making recommendations that help campaigns deliver measurable impact. You're naturally curious about influencer marketing, social media, digital culture and the evolving creator economy. You enjoy spotting trends, understanding audiences and finding innovative ways to help brands connect with people through authentic creator partnerships. You enjoy sharing knowledge, supporting others and contributing to a positive team culture.
