Carer Assessment Worker - £13.90p/h – Crewe, Cheshire Are you confident supporting carers to navigate challenges with empathy and practical advice? At Making Space, we support individuals and communities to live well, and we are now looking for a Carer Assessment Worker to join our Cheshire East Carers Service. The role This is a community-based, part-time position (30 hours per week) covering Macclesfield and surrounding areas, or the south of Cheshire East. You will work closely with unpaid carers, offering one-to-one support, guidance and assessments within their homes and local community settings. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
