No CeMAP required to start – full training and qualification support provided. Role Overview • Contact and qualify warm mortgage leads, • Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors, • Manage client records via CRM, • Liaise with clients and internal teams, • Work towards targets and KPIs This is a professional, structured role with around 50 calls per week – not a call centre environment.
