You’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, engaging with customers and leading your team to success. Your Impact and Responsibilities\n In this role, you will: \n\n • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards across all restaurant zones during your shift.\n, • Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.\n, • Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.\n, • Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.\n, • Execute shift management while adhering to operations and safety standards.\n, • Utilize tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results.\n, • Direct Crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service.\n, • Utilize reward and recognition programs for your team.\n, • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions).\n, • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is in good working order.\n, • Complete other duties as assigned.\nRequirements for Success\n To excel in this role, you should be: \n\n • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.\n, • Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills.\n, • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.\n, • A problem-solver who can set goals and execute plans effectively.\n, • Knowledgeable in staffing, scheduling, and cost management.\n, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.\n, • Able to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.\n, • At least 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience.\n, • 18 years of age or older, with GCSEs or equivalent preferred.\nAdditional Information\n Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time, and you must hold valid Right to Work in the UK when applying. \n Ready to take the next step in your career?
