We are seeking an experienced Lebanese Chef to join our team, specializing in authentic Lebanese street food. You will be instrumental in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and culinary execution. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting with the preparation of our specialised Lebanese wraps and platters., • Cooking and ensuring the quality and consistency of all food items., • Precise cutting and preparation of vegetables and chicken., • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment., • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations., • Having a level 2 or 3 certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene. (If not, it is negotiable with previous experience)
