PA - Bromley, Greater London Join Our Clients Team as a Personal Assistant to Senior Executive! Contract Type: Permanent Location: Petts Wood Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a high-profile Executive, ensuring their professional and personal commitments run smoothly. Your professionalism and discretion will be key as you manage sensitive and complex matters with ease. What You'll Be Doing: Executive Support Manage a complex diary, prioritising and rearranging appointments as needed Handle correspondence and ensure all communications are addressed appropriately Maintain efficient office systems, including data management and filing Keep accurate records of the Executive's contacts and screen calls and inquiries Conduct research and follow up on actions, ensuring timely responses Produce documents, briefing papers, and reports, including audio typing Organise meetings with agendas and relevant materials, plus greet visitors at all levels Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and undertake additional duties as required Arrange both personal and professional appointments for the Executive's family Financial & Personal Administration Manage personal UK bank accounts and overseas currency accounts Liaise with overseas legal representatives for personal tax information Coordinate with investment fund managers on portfolios and manage household staff Run errands as needed and assist with immigration-related matters Office & HR Administration Oversee the Customer Service Coordinator and handle HR administrative tasks Prepare employment contracts, maintain personnel files, and organise company insurance Administer the company pension scheme and process monthly payroll What We're Looking For: Significant experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior management or C-suite Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels Highly organised with strong prioritisation and planning abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt and re-prioritise as needed Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion Strong IT skills across MS Office and digital tools If you are interested in this role, contact us today!
