Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant – Private Client (Norwich) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary / Legal PA to join a well-respected Private Client team based in Norwich. This is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of a close-knit, collaborative group where you will provide essential support to Fee Earners and Partners across a varied and interesting workload. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining client files and documentation, • Audio typing, transcription, and proofreading of correspondence, • Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents, letters, and emails, • Scanning and general document handling, • Opening new matters, completing ID verification, and preparing client care packs, • Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative assistance to Fee Earners and Partners About you: • Previous experience in a Legal Secretary / PA role (Private Client experience advantageous but not essential), • Strong skills in document production, formatting, and accuracy, • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work, • Highly organised with strong time management abilities, • Confident communicator and strong team player, • Fast and accurate typing skills, • Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn and develop within a Private Client setting What makes this role appealing: This is an opportunity to join a highly respected firm with an exceptional reputation both locally and nationally.
