    Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in a London-based school. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and provide assistance to students to enhance their learning experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and work closely with the SEN Coordinator. Supervise students during lessons, break times, and school outings. Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies. Prepare learning materials and classroom resources as required. Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and areas for improvement. Support students' social and emotional well-being, promoting positive behavior. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student success. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential). A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach to working with children. A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
