Administrator & Client Support Executive Full-Time | Office Based | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator & Client Support Executive to join our growing team. This role combines administration, client support, report writing, and outbound calling to existing clients and new leads, within a Financial Advisory / Investment Managemernt firm. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with clients, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities • Preparing reports and completing administrative tasks, • Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems, • Handling calls, emails, post, and general office administration, • Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, • Supporting the sales and advisory teams with day-to-day administration, • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection procedures Requirements • Previous office administration experience essential, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Confident telephone manner, • Good attention to detail and data entry skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Benefits • Salary: £25,000 DOE, • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, • Company pension scheme, • Onsite parking, • Study support and progression opportunities
