An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Corporate Administrator What you’ll do… You will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks across Wholesale, Marketplaces and Corporate functions. WHOLESALE • Work with key Wholesale clients., • Briefing in wholesale orders on Salesforce., • Develop and support ordering of co‑branded wholesale and corporate packaging (boxes, tins, stickers, ribbon, tags, etc.)., • Upload and maintain product specifications on partner systems (e.g., Selfridges)., • Create wholesale product catalogues for AYR and seasonal collections., • Support wholesale marketing and merchandising, including organising display materials., • Support with new B2B Shopify program., • Support with longer term corporate clients., • Manage the Biscuits for Business Club and monitor usage/reporting., • Support creation of corporate sample imagery., • Undertake additional tasks aligned with role and company objectives., • Support customer service during peak trading periods.
