Sous Chef - Exciting New Restaurant in Sanderstead We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our team at a newly opened, high-quality restaurant in Sanderstead (Croydon). Specializing in fresh, European cuisine, we’re passionate about serving exceptional food cooked entirely in-house, from breakfast through to dinner. About the Role
• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year (inclusive of tronc, with potential for more).
• Hours: 48 hours per week.
• Cuisine: High-quality European dishes, with a strong focus on fresh meats and fish. As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to:
• Oversee the kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
• Inspire the team with your positive attitude and lead by example.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and kitchen standards. What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in cooking fresh meats and fish is essential.
• Proven ability to manage a small kitchen team.
• A positive and collaborative attitude.
