Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Tenancy Progressor. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh branch . You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £22,500 - £23,000pa What the job involves for a Tenancy Application Advisor: - Managing tenant application process Carrying out tenant reference checks Preparing & signing lease agreements for new tenancies Arranging move in appointments for tenants Managing change of tenancy process Answering incoming calls Taking payments for new tenancies Scheduling Property Manager visits Preparing keys, parking fobs, permits & certification for new tenancies General office administration We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:- Whilst Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge Excellent customer services skills Strong Administration and organisational skills Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel You must have the current legal right to work in the UK to reducing our carbon footprint with our Cycle2Work Scheme.
