Your new role You will have responsibility for managing Multi-Planned Maintenance Projects. This will include: Managing in-house construction professionals, including Clerk of Works and Mechanical & Electrical Inspectors; Appoint and manage external professional consultants; Administer JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance contracts; Performance managing construction works, monitoring KPI and applying Low Performance Damages as required under the contract; Chair various meetings at various stages of the contract; Apply and monitor performance management of contractors and consultants.
