Key Qualities • Managing People: Passionate leader, skilled in team development and engagement, • Managing Stakeholders: Builds trust, prioritises customer interests, • Lead IT Logistics Operations to meet KPIs and SLAs, • Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, break/fix, inventory, and e-waste, • Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships, • Monitor systems and work queues, • Share best practices and manage team performance, • Handle hiring, training, development, and scheduling, • Implement safety protocols and manage client SLAs, • Attend client meetings and report performance data, • Supervise service areas and guide service leads, • 5+ years in IT Logistics management, • Experience with Lean methodologies and international service management, • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, ServiceNow, Jira, Tableau #IND
