Sales Manager – Packaging Solutions (Northern Ireland) We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager(based in Northern Ireland) to lead, develop, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experiences while expanding market share across Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets., • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow existing accounts and win new business., • Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance reviews., • Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement., • Support the team in closing high-value deals and complex negotiations., • Oversee pipeline management and ensure effective use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)., • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities., • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategy with business objectives., • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale support standards are maintained., • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as required. Skills and Experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role., • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets., • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills., • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industry preferred., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Strong organisational and strategic planning abilities., • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce., • Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions., • Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
