Essential Criteria A third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business Studies or a related discipline, and/or at least five years relevant experience within an HR or recruitment function. Broad generalist HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations. Sound working knowledge of applicable employment legislation and HR best practice. Experience advising and supporting managers on a range of people-related matters. Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The ability to work independently, use sound judgement and take initiative. Confidence working in a fast-paced, project-led environment. Desirable Criteria CIPD qualification or membership. Experience working with UK Home Office requirements, including right-to-work and immigration processes. Experience managing international recruitment campaigns.
