Job overview As a Marketing Executive at AILUX GROUP LIMITED, you will support the company’s efforts to engage with small and medium-sized luxury brands across the UK and Europe. The company is dedicated to helping these brands enter and expand in the Chinese market through platforms such as JD.com. Leveraging your experience in content creation, market research, and e-commerce, you will contribute to marketing strategy development, assist with brand communications, and support promotional efforts through visual content. Key Responsibilities - Research SME luxury brands in the UK and Europe, identifying potential partners for expansion into the Chinese market; - Assist in preparing brand proposals and presentation materials that highlight AILUX’s e-commerce strengths in China (e.g., JD.com); - Support the development and execution of brand outreach and marketing plans, including campaign planning, client communication, and content preparation; - Create promotional videos, brand decks, and presentation assets using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva; - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and act as a liaison between UK stakeholders and Chinese partners; - Track the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyze client feedback and performance data, and propose improvements; - Assist with managing marketing budgets and campaign schedules to ensure effective resource allocation and timely delivery; - Contribute to the design and production of brand-facing materials such as pitch decks, digital brochures, and case study videos; - Use video production and storytelling skills to present brand success stories and market insights. Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills) Qualifications & Experience: - A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field - Relevant experience in marketing, digital content creation, e-commerce, or brand development - Demonstrated ability to produce visual marketing content (e.g., videos, decks, graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools - Familiarity with the European fashion, design, or luxury goods industry is a plus - Previous experience with cross-border or bilingual business communication is desirable Skills: - Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends and strategic opportunities - Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Microsoft Office - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves frequent collaboration with both UK-based partners and China-based teams - A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - A team player with a creative and solution-oriented approach
Write, proofread, and publish engaging content for CEFTUS’s website, blog, and social media channels, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s mission and branding. Keep website content accurate and up to date while managing and engaging with comments on social media to foster audience interaction. Work closely with the Marketing, IT, Events, and Research teams to optimize content for both marketing goals and technical functionality. Approve and oversee multimedia content (videos, graphics) to maintain quality and ensure it meets our communication standards. Contribute to and implement content strategies that support our marketing objectives, events, and research initiatives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry innovations to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful. Monitor engagement metrics and audience responses to refine content strategies and enhance CEFTUS’s online presence.
