Senior Instructional Designer Remote Pay per day: Up to £350 umbrella 6 month contract Key Skills: Pharmaceutical experience needed Experience Required: • 7+ years in instructional design, digital learning, or scientific communications (ideally in medical/pharma context), • Experience developing blended and digital learning solutions for global audiences Key Responsibilities: • Translate strategy into engaging, modular learning solutions for medical associates and stakeholders, • Design and develop learning content, toolkits, and facilitator guides to support activation and country-specific implementation, • Collaborate with program managers and local leads to adapt learning materials for diverse markets and brands, • Support the integration of digital platforms and tools for learning delivery and analytics, • Facilitate design sprints, prototyping, and iterative improvement of learning assets, • Ensure learning solutions are aligned with governance, scientific communication models, and operational frameworks, • Track and report on learning engagement and outcomes to inform ongoing enhancements If you are interested please apply or send your CV to
