Key Responsibilities • Lead on the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components for grid connection, BESS, and charging infrastructure., • Design and specify control systems and safety features to ensure operational integrity and compliance., • Provide expert technical advice to internal design, construction, and delivery teams., • Analyse system performance, identify areas for optimisation, and implement engineering improvements., • Develop and implement maintenance strategies in collaboration with partners., • Support troubleshooting of electrical issues external to the charging cabinet., • Ensure all electrical designs and installations adhere to applicable codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, BS7671, IEC)., • Conduct feasibility studies, energy optimisation assessments, power system coordination, arc flash hazard, and reliability analyses.
