The business is also open to supporting the right person through further qualifications and professional development. We're looking for someone who can operate autonomously and take ownership of the HSE agenda, while also being practical, confident and comfortable on the shop floor. You'll need to be someone who can build relationships, challenge standards appropriately and get things done. This would suit an experienced HSE professional who is looking for the autonomy of a standalone role, combined with the opportunity to develop and lead a small HSE function as the business grows. • Competitive salary, dependent on experience, • 10% employer pension contribution, • Private medical cover with Bupa, • Life assurance – 5x salary, • 26 days' holiday + bank holidays, • 37–hour week: Mon–Thurs 7:30–4:00, Fri 7:30–12:30, • Standalone HSE ownership across two sites, • Opportunity to develop and shape the HSE function, • Future opportunity to build and manage a small HSE team, • Excellent opportunity to develop within a growing business If you're an experienced HSE professional looking for a role where you can take ownership, genuinely influence safety culture and make a visible impact, we'd love to hear from you.
