We are hiring for a Permanent position for an International Bank based in Harrow. \n\nJob role: Buy-to-Let (BTL) Mortgage Support Executive\n\nLocation: Harrow\n Employment Type: Full-time\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the growth of our Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgage business. The role involves working closely with the origination and sales teams to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mortgage cases, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and customers while maintaining high service and compliance standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport Buy-to-Let (BTL) sales activities by delivering excellent service to brokers and customers, while managing internal execution processes efficiently.\nAct as the primary liaison for intermediaries placing BTL business, ensuring a smooth journey across all stages including case submission, packaging, review, valuation, and completion.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers by keeping them informed about product offerings, lending criteria, and packaging requirements to ensure seamless processing.\nRegularly update Business Development Managers (BDMs) and brokers on case progress, outstanding requirements, and escalations. Maintain and track key MI reports to demonstrate pipeline performance.\nManage and monitor the pipeline of mortgage cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression across all stages.\nParticipate in business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements to promote brand awareness and identify new business opportunities.\nUndertake networking activities, when required, to build strong relationships with brokers, networks, and other stakeholders.\nEnsure strict adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, while staying updated on compliance requirements.\nEffectively manage leads and milestones through proper tracking, diarising, and follow-ups to ensure timely case completion.\nHandle administrative tasks including reporting, communication, monitoring, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.\nAssist brokers in case submissions (keying of cases) and ensure high-quality business is processed in line with lending standards.\nUndertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.\n\nKey Skills & Requirements\n\nPrior experience in mortgage processing or Buy-to-Let (BTL) lending preferred.\nStrong understanding of mortgage workflows, underwriting, and lending processes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM/mortgage systems
