Cleanroom Technician needed in Gloucester, Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, Job Type: Full-time, permanent opportunity Shift: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, immediate start available for the right candidate following successful interview process. About the Role: We are recruiting for a Cleanroom Technician to join our client’s established production facility in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-focused manufacturing business operating within a regulated environment. You will be responsible for assembling high-quality products within a cleanroom setting, following strict GMP standards, ISO procedures, and company quality guidelines to ensure product integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble products in line with detailed work instructions and specifications, • Carry out quality checks at each stage of production, • Complete batch and processing documentation accurately, • Pack, label and box finished products ensuring correct traceability, • Maintain cleanroom hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times, • Ensure correct identification of components throughout manufacture, • Support continuous improvement initiatives, • Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures, • Undertake additional duties as required by the Production Team Leader Skills & Requirements: • Excellent attention to detail, • Good manual dexterity, • Reliable with strong timekeeping, • Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures, • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Education & Experience: • Previous production or manufacturing experience desirable, • Experience working within regulated or cleanroom environments advantageous, • No formal qualifications required – full training provided Pay & Benefits: • £25,000 - £27,000 salary, • Pay rates reviewed in line with National Minimum Wage legislation to ensure statutory compliance, • Full training provided, • On-site parking, • Long-term opportunity with structured pay progression How to Apply: To apply or find out more, contact Pertemps Gloucester: Unit A4, Elmbridge Court, Cheltenham Road East, Gloucester, GL3 1JZ.
