    Cradlefin Consultants are recruiting for Domiciliary Care Worker to cover Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole, Rustington, Littlehampton and surrounding areas. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll be part of a supportive environment where your contribution truly makes a difference. Rate: £12.79 – £15.90 per hour. Job Responsibilities: • Providing Personal Care: Assisting clients with washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining their dignity and independence, • Medication Support: Administering or prompting medication as per care plans, • Companionship & Emotional Support: Engaging with clients, reducing loneliness, and providing reassurance, • Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance: Preparing nutritious meals and helping clients eat if required, • Mobility Assistance: Supporting clients with moving around safely, including hoisting and repositioning if necessary, • Household Tasks: Helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping to maintain a comfortable home environment, • Running Errands: Assisting with shopping, prescription collection, or attending medical appointments, • Monitoring & Reporting: Observing changes in health and well-being and reporting concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals, • Promoting Independence: Encouraging clients to do as much as they can for themselves while offering appropriate support, • Building Relationships: Developing a trusting relationship with clients and their families, ensuring a person-centred approach to care Person Specifications: • A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others, • A strong sense of duty of care and commitment to clients’ well-being, • Excellent communication and listening skills to engage with clients and families, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude, • A willingness to learn and adapt to individual care needs, • 6 months domiciliary care experience with medication administration, • Driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance– Essential, • The right to work in the UK (Skilled worker applicants cannot be accepted) If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!     Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and oversee the daily running of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably in line with UK hospitality standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue, maintaining compliance with health & safety legislation, and fostering a positive working environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to service., • Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff., • Create staff rotas and manage labour costs within budget., • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene., • Ensure compliance with UK food safety regulations, licensing laws, and health & safety standards., • Handle customer feedback, resolving complaints quickly and professionally., • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to coordinate menus, specials, and promotions., • Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering., • Analyse financial reports, control costs, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets., • Lead team meetings, provide regular training, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence., • Represent the restaurant at industry events, networking opportunities, and local community activities. Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a UK hospitality setting., • Strong leadership and people management skills., • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (Level 3 Food Hygiene preferred)., • Excellent financial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting and P&L management., • Exceptional customer service and communication skills., • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Desirable Attributes: • Personal Licence Holder (advantageous)., • Experience working with reservation and POS systems., • Creative mindset for marketing initiatives and promotions., • Passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
