Main Duties • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic including cocktails, wines and soft drinks, • Assist in serving food, • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations., • Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on preferences., • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service., • Operate EPOS Till system, • Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed., • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless service, • Adhoc duties as requested by Management Experience • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred but not essential, • Strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous., • A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
