Site Supply Chain Manager \n Location \n Netherlands |Spain | France | United Kingdom \n About the Opportunity \n Our client is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Site Manager to lead a manufacturing operation through its next phase of growth and transformation. \n This is not a traditional operational leadership role. Rather than managing production alone, you will be responsible for running the site as a business, balancing operational performance with commercial, financial, and strategic objectives. \n The successful candidate will bring the ability to drive change, challenge established ways of working, and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Lead all aspects of site performance including operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics, quality, safety, and financial performance.\n, • Operate with a strong commercial mindset, understanding how site decisions impact overall business results.\n, • Drive transformational initiatives focused on culture, behaviours, performance, and organisational effectiveness.\n, • Build strong connections between manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and commercial functions.\n, • Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, customer service, and operational resilience.\n, • Foster a high-performance culture whilst engaging teams throughout periods of change.\n, • Act as a true business leader, making decisions based on long-term value creation rather than short-term operational metrics.\n, • Partner closely with senior leadership to support broader business objectives and growth plans.\n\n Ideal Background \n We are interested in speaking with leaders who demonstrate: \n\n • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and business ownership mentality.\n, • Broad operational experience across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and business management.\n, • Proven success leading transformation programmes and cultural change.\n, • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of cost management, profitability, and business performance drivers.\n, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n, • Ability to inspire, influence, and lead teams through change.\n, • Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.\n\n Preferred Experience \n\n • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, process, chemicals, consumer goods, packaging, or related sectors.\n, • Exposure to small or mid-sized organisations where leaders have broad accountability and visibility across the business.\n, • Candidates who have demonstrated entrepreneurial ventures, turnaround situations, business-building experience, or transformational leadership will be viewed particularly favourably.\n
