    About Us • Systems & Network Training is a specialist provider of hands-on, engineer-led training for technical teams across networking, broadcast, embedded systems, telecoms, and cyber security., • We work with major global brands such as BBC, Formula 1, Sky and Heathrow helping their technical teams to gain new skills. The Role • We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and support existing customers. This is a pivotal role that blends business development with account management and would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while actively seeking new opportunities., • You will be involved in the full sales life cycle from cold calling to account management, • The role will be office based, but with occasional travel for meetings., • Whilst sales experience would be great, you will be working with two experienced colleagues who will be on hand to support you and share advice. Key Responsibilities New Business Development • Identify and engage new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g. telecoms, broadcast, defence, infrastructure), • Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects, • Lead consultative sales conversations to understand technical training needs, • Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the technical team Account Management • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, • Proactively uncover new training needs within accounts, • Maintain and strengthen relationships to increase repeat business, • Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate post-training feedback Who We’re Looking For • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, • Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple accounts effectively, • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team, • A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve real-world problems Nice to Have • Previous sales experience, • Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive) What We Offer • £28,000 + commission on sales, • A supportive and knowledgeable team environment, • An opportunity to develop your sales skills with a small but experienced team

You’ll receive one full week of paid training to get you up to speed on everything you need to succeed in the role. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our warehouse team, your responsibilities will include: Receiving and inspecting incoming goods – Carefully check deliveries for accuracy and quality before logging them into our system. Organising and storing stock – Sort items neatly, label products, and help with inventory management. Picking and packing orders – Use scanners to retrieve customer items, then pack them securely with accurate labels and documents. Shipping and dispatch – Prepare orders for dispatch, liaise with couriers, and ensure timely delivery. Maintaining a clean, safe environment – Keep aisles clear, sanitise workspaces, and follow all safety protocols. Recording and stock control – Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log stock, conduct audits, and report any discrepancies. General support – Help with returns, stock rotation, basic admin tasks, and onboarding new team members when needed.
