About the Role As Deputy Payroll Manager, you will lead and coach the Payroll and Pension Officers to deliver an outstanding service to colleagues across Turning Point. You’ll assist the Payroll Manager in managing end-to-end payroll processes and act as the senior escalation point for complex queries. This role is key to maintaining compliance, improving processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
