Senior Product Designer Salary: Up to £50k base (DOE) + benefits Location: Manchester (Hybrid 2 days office, rest flexible) Contract: Permanent, Full Time The Role Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping our clients fast-scaling digital platform. What youll be doing Designing digital journeys that matter turning concepts into seamless, user-focused flows that balance beauty and function. Owning and evolving design systems creating scalable, responsive frameworks that bring consistency and accessibility across all experiences. Shaping product direction collaborating with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to ensure design directly supports business and user goals. Driving user-centred innovation applying research, testing, and data to influence design decisions and continuously iterate for impact. Supporting marketing & brand developing visually compelling assets, from landing pages to motion graphics, ensuring the brand resonates everywhere its seen. What were looking for We want a versatile designer who thrives on ownership and collaboration. Youll bring: 5+ years experience in product design with a strong portfolio of commercial work. Expertise in UX/UI, prototyping, and visual design with solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/HCI). Hands-on experience with Figma and analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, click/heat mapping). Confidence running co-creation workshops and working across multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge of responsive design and PWA principles, plus basic HTML/CSS awareness. Experience balancing user research insights with commercial outcomes. Strong communication skills to clearly explain design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
