Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or independent cocktail bar/brasserie setting. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically. Strong leadership qualities with a magnetic personality that inspires the team. Knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
