    Experienced Paralegal – Part-Time Hendon, London Competitive remuneration, depending on experience Flexible working pattern considered Potential progression to a full-time position Qazi & Co Solicitors Limited is seeking an experienced and dependable Paralegal to join our friendly, community-focused practice in Hendon. This is an opportunity to undertake meaningful legal work, develop your own responsibilities and work closely with experienced solicitors. The successful candidate will support active cases rather than being limited to routine administrative duties. The role Working under appropriate solicitor supervision, you may be responsible for: • Managing routine matters and progressing files, • Taking client instructions and preparing detailed attendance notes, • Drafting correspondence, applications and witness statements, • Preparing court and tribunal bundles, • Conducting legal and procedural research, • Reviewing evidence and identifying missing documents, • Communicating with clients, courts, counsel and public authorities, • Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate case records, • Attending court hearings and conferences where appropriate, • Assisting with billing, file reviews and case closure, • Supporting solicitors across the firm’s practice areas The work may include immigration, housing, family law, civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters and general legal support. Experience in one or more of these areas would be welcomed. Additional language skills, particularly Dari, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi or Chinese, would be helpful but are not required. Working arrangements This is primarily an office-based position at our Hendon practice because the role involves client contact, file handling and close collaboration with the legal team. A flexible working pattern may be agreed depending on experience and operational requirements.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Applicants should have relevant experience in construction project management or a closely related construction role, with a good understanding of construction processes, project planning, site operations, budgeting and health and safety requirements. A degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline would be advantageous. Applicants with substantial relevant professional or construction management experience will also be considered. The successful candidate should have strong organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills and be capable of coordinating contractors, suppliers and site personnel while managing project budgets and deadlines.
