The network exists to support churches in developing vibrant and sustainable youth ministry, while also contributing resources, learning, and models of ministry that can serve the wider Church nationally. This role will play a key part in supporting parishes as they deepen and develop ministry with young people aged 11–18. Alongside strengthening existing relationships and initiatives, there will be exciting opportunities to shape new areas of ministry, develop your own vision and gifts, and help create environments where young people experience belonging, discipleship, hospitality, and spiritual growth. We are seeking someone who can both honour what has already been established and confidently help lead the ministry into its next season of growth and transformation. The company works with private customers, estate-related organisations, and partner businesses to provide reliable transport, relocation, and logistics support services. As part of ongoing operational growth and increasing transport coordination requirements, the company is seeking a Transport Operations Manager to oversee and support daily logistics operations. Role Overview The Transport Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day transport, removals, and logistics operations. The role involves operational planning, route coordination, customer and subcontractor management, vehicle scheduling, and ensuring the efficient delivery of transport and clearance services. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity, coordinating drivers and subcontractors, managing logistics schedules, and supporting the company’s continued expansion. Due to the practical operational nature of the business, the role may also involve occasional hands-on support for transport and delivery activities where operationally required. Role Overview You will be responsible for sourcing and securing suitable properties across London to grow our portfolio of serviced apartments. The role involves identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements with landlords and agents, and ensuring properties meet our standards before onboarding.
