Location: London, Harley St About London Women’s Clinic is a leading private fertility clinic delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient-centred environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fertility Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. The role As a Fertility Nurse at LWC, you will manage a clinical caseload and provide safe, high-quality nursing care across the fertility treatment pathway. Working closely with consultants, embryology, nursing, and wider teams, you will ensure care is delivered in line with LWC SOPs and HFEA requirements, while contributing to clinical governance and service improvement. Key responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care within a regulated fertility setting, • Prepare clinical areas and assist with procedures including egg collection and embryo transfer, • Support patients before, during and after treatment, including recovery from sedation, • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and HFEA guidance, • Perform clinical observations and procedures (including phlebotomy where applicable), • Advocate for patients and escalate concerns appropriately, • Maintain a safe, clean and well-stocked clinical environment, • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care About you Essential: • 6 months experience in a health care setting preferably within a theatre & recovery or a general nursing setting, • 1 st level nurse with valid NMC number, • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills, • Precise time management skills, • Robust organisational skills, • Ability to work under instruction and autonomously within scope of practice, • Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills, • Knowledge of audit/ quality issues, • Stock maintenance and ordering, • Equipment maintenance Benefits • 32 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, • Pension plan and life assurance, • Staff treatment discounts, • Salary sacrifice schemes (Workplace Nursery, EV Car Scheme, Cycle2Work), • Learning and development opportunities, • Perkbox benefits and rewards platform, • A supportive, collaborative team To apply, please submit your CV outlining your interest in the role.
