We are a UK-based wholesalecompany specializing in brandedfashion products, including clothinfootwear sunglasses, perfumes, anmore. Job Duties: Develop and implement procurement strategies for luxury goods, ensuring alignment with the Company’s objectives; Mandarin language skills preferred to better serve the East Asian market. Oversee the identification and sourcing of high-demand luxury fashion products in the UK, including coordinating in-store or online purchases and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms at a managerial level, and monitor supplier performance to resolve issues promptly. Direct market research and product evaluation to ensure quality selection, and prepare product and pricing reports to support strategic procurement decisions. Manage the procurement budget, lead cost-control and savings initiatives, and ensure processes are efficient and compliant. Supervise purchase orders and ensure accurate procurement records, receipts, and inventory management, in line with trade and regulatory requirements. Stay informed of industry trends and market activities, and represent the Company at seasonal sales, private shopping events, and outlet promotions. Provide product and brand insights to internal teams and clients, supporting informed decision-making. Collaborate with other departments within the Company. Liaise closely with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure accurate product selection and smooth order fulfilment. Deliver professional and high-quality service, upholding the Company’s reputation in the luxury goods market. Who We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualities: Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with strong documentation and coordination ability. A keen interest in luxury fashion trends, product categories, and brand heritage. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, task-driven environment. Comfortable with occasional travel to stores, outlets, and brand events across the UK. Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail, fashion buying, or operations roles. Prior exposure to fashion product sourcing, social media marketing, or design-related industries is highly desirable. Previous experience in visual merchandising, showroom planning, or brand styling is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, business, or related fields. Luxury retail background is a strong advantage.
