Operations Change Manager – c.£75,000 Oxfordshire / South Northamptonshire (100% Onsite, Mobile Role) My client is a healthcare organisation who are acquiring new healthcare services and are seeking an exceptional commercially driven Operations Change Manager to play a pivotal role in stabilising, improving, and integrating new services. This role offers huge scope, visibility, and impact. In this hands-on, people-focused role, you will: • Lead operational and cultural change across newly acquired services, • Diagnose challenges, implement improvement plans, and stabilise performance, • Strengthen workforce morale, engagement, and behaviours, • Improve processes, systems, access, and patient experience, • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, leaders, staff, and external stakeholders, • Create structure, clarity, accountability Experience: • Experienced in change management, turnaround, operational improvement, or transformation, • Commercially astute—able to challenge thinking and drive value, • Skilled at leading teams through ambiguity and change, • A confident communicator who can influence at all levels, • Empathetic, resilient, pragmatic, and credible, • Comfortable working onsite, observing, engaging, and leading from the front Healthcare experience is not essential—applications from private sector, multi-site operations, outsourcing, business services, corporate services, or regulated environments are strongly welcomed.
