Kazi Shafiqur Rahman is a UK-based entrepreneur operating across multiple consumer, media, and hospitality businesses, including premium fragrance, food, and content ventures. This is a fast-moving, founder-led environment where decisions are made quickly, standards are high, and trust is non-negotiable. The work blends commercial focus with long-term thinking, discipline, and values. This role is not corporate bureaucracy. It is about creating clarity, protecting time, and increasing velocity. The Role We are looking for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is a critical leverage role. You will act as the control centre for schedules, priorities, communications, and follow-through — ensuring the Founder is focused on what only he can do. You will need judgement, discretion, confidence, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the CEO’s diary with absolute authority and intelligence, • Act as gatekeeper for meetings, calls, and requests — filtering noise from signal, • Prepare briefs, agendas, and summaries so meetings are decisive, not exploratory, • Coordinate across multiple businesses, teams, and external stakeholders, • Handle confidential information with total discretion and maturity, • Manage expenses, documentation, and operational admin with precision, • Anticipate issues before they surface and resolve them without escalation, • Ensure follow-ups happen — nothing drifts, nothing gets forgotten Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who: • Thinks two steps ahead, not someone who waits to be told, • Is calm, organised, and structured — even when things are moving fast, • Has strong judgement and is not afraid to say “no” when required, • Understands that loyalty, trust, and confidentiality are foundational, • Takes pride in excellence and hates sloppy execution This is not a junior PA role. This is not a stepping-stone role. This is for someone who wants to become indispensable. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organisational systems and attention to detail, • Confidence handling sensitive and confidential matters, • Comfortable working on-site in London, • Tech-competent (calendar systems, documents, expense tools, messaging platforms) Why This Role Matters If done well, this role multiplies impact across multiple businesses. You will see how real decisions are made, how pressure is handled, and how vision is executed. For the right person, this is a long-term role built on trust, responsibility, and growth.
