We are a Property Management company specifically we manage the maintenance of properties and as such we work closely with local authorities, landlords and tenant/occupants. We need someone to deal with the day to day admin tasks as well as and in particular to log down maintenance issues that are reported and instruct the relevant handyman/company to attend.
