About You We're looking for an experienced, resourceful Operations Manager who combines excellent organisational skills with commercial awareness, confidence and plenty of initiative. You'll ideally bring: At least three years' experience in operations or project management, ideally within a start-up, digital business, agency, online education or subscription-based organisation. A real grasp of online marketing: paid social, funnels, email and the metrics behind them. You don't need to run the ads, but you need to know when the numbers are off. Hands-on experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools, such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar. Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve processes, save time and increase efficiency. Strong numerical skills and the ability to work comfortably with spreadsheets, reports and performance data.
